Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryEDWARD ARTHUR CHARLTON DAVIS Passed away peacefully on January 1, 2016 at Pembina Place Mennonite Personal Care Home at the age of 83 years. Edward was born one of nine children to Hulbert and Adina Davis on June 5, 1932 in British Guiana (Guyana). Edward will be lovingly remembered by his wife Lillian, son Christian (Dina) Davis and many friends, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by both parents and son Michael Alexander Davis in 1995. Cremation has taken place and no formal services will be held. Thank you to the staff at Pembina Place Mennonite Personal Care Home for their care and compassion. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Edward's memory to Pembina Place Mennonite Personal Care Home, the Salvation Army or a charity of your choice. My Uncle Eddie loved to travel, first abroad to study then to relocate and settle in Manitoba where he raised a family. Uncle Eddie was number three in the clan of nine, my Mother Emily was eldest. We talked on the phone for several years as I also inherited the pension to move around. We last met in Mount Pleasant Iowa during my first tenure here - 1995 -1998, and where I returned to stay permanently in 2008. My deepest sympathy to my family there, Aunt Lil and Cousin!
