Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryROSINA (ROSALIE) MCLOUGHLIN (nee CAMERON) It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of our beloved Mother and Nana on January 1, 2016. Born to Rosina and Peter Cameron on April 27, 1921, she grew up in a wonderful loving home with her sisters, Margaret Lowry, Sandra, Eve Werry, and brother John. All of whom have predeceased her. She met and married the love of her life William (Bill) on June 5, 1943. Bill predeceased her on July 25, 1981. Their marriage was blessed with the arrival of seven children over the next twenty years. Barbara Warren deceased (Murry), Susan Townsend (Tom), Tim (deceased) Shaun, Brett (Debbie), Blair (Alise) and Stacy McLoughlin-Pendree (Warren). Family was everything to Rosalie, her home was warm, welcoming and loving. Devoted to her husband she followed him through several moves, local, across the country and to the United States. Never one to be overlooked or taken for granted, mom decided to get herself a job. At almost 50 years old she started working at Eaton's Seven Seas Gift Shop. Work gave her great pleasure, many good friends, lots of funny stories and many beautiful things. Possibly spending more than she made, she always saved enough to take several train trips to Vancouver to visit family. Her travels expanded once she retired with the encouragement of her dearest friend and traveling companion, Louise Watson. Nana was blessed with 19 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren, all of whom loved her dearly. I am so sorry for your loss. Your mother was one of the nicest, classiest, and lovely women I have ever met. I always enjoyed chatting with her. My thoughts are with her children. - Posted by: Patti Hardie (Friend) on: Jan 12, 2016
