Condolences & Memories (3 entries)

  • My uncle always reminded me so much of my dad. I knew they where close growing up on the farm and I was so lucky to have my uncle John tell me stories from that era. One of my favorite memories of my uncle occurred in 1980. I had recently graduated and was living in Marchand. I would meet my uncle at Assinboia Downs and we would drink a beer or two. Smoke some cigars and watch the horses run. He was such a relaxed guy to hang out with. It really meant a lot to me to have such a great uncle. RIP uncle. I hope that you and my dad are together. I'm sure there would be many laughs and good times - Posted by: Will Lepine (Nephew) on: Mar 24, 2016
