In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 30, 2016 at 11:30 a.m. in the Gilbart Funeral Chapel, Selkirk, MB. Rheal was a great companion and friend to my Grandmother Marjorie. They spent many wonderful years together driving each other crazy in many different ways. Rheal was a big part of the Johannson family and attended many family functions over the years with us, he was a great extended member of the family. I'll never forget the time we were all attending a funeral service together and Rheal was carrying a large tray of tarts my Grandma had made, without hesitation she looked at him and told him if he dropped them there would be 2 funerals that day, they really did care for each other but sometimes had a strange way of showing it! You will be missed by us Rheal, apologies that none of our family attended the service as we just found out of the passing on Monday. Know we were there in spirit.
