THERESE DUNLOP (nee GERVAIS) As graciously and peacefully as she lived, on February 3, 2016, at Actionmarguerite-Taché Centre, Thérèse Dunlop joined her husband Jack; her parents, Raoul and Rose Delima Gervais; her brothers, Richard, Arthur, Henri and Roland, along with many of her in-laws and friends who have already passed on to eternal life. Left to mourn her are her brother-in-law Alymor Dunlop; her sisters-in-law, Denise Dunlop, Hazel Dunlop and Georgette Gervais, along with her nieces and nephews, families, close friends and neighbours. Thérèse was a fun-loving person. She will be remembered for her hospitality and caring nature. You could always drop in for a cup of tea and her famous baking or a glass of wine with cheese and crackers was always an option too. As her niece and confidante, I ask that you remember her the next time you sit and relax with your favourite beverage and toast her onto life everlasting. If you wish, you may also make a donation in her memory to a cause of your choice. She would have appreciated that. - Lucille Thank you to Actionmarguerite-Taché Centre 3 ABC for her care. Funeral service will be held at Holy Cross Parish, 252 Dubuc Street, on February 9, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. Until We Meet Again DESJARDINS 204-233-4949 1-888-233-4949 www.desjardinsfuneralchapel.ca

Reading this obituary brought back many memories. There was such a good friend of my mom's. I can see her sitting at the end of our kitchen table laughing with my mom - and switching to French when "Little ears" were close by. Will pray for Therese and her family. Treasure the memories! - Posted by: Emily Hepburn (Finlayson) (neighbour on Thomas Berry Street) on: Feb 08, 2016

Lovely obituary for a dear woman. Therese was a wonderful friend to my Mum, Irene Finlayson, and our family for many decades. I give thanks for her life. Lucille, I know you will miss her so much. You were always so good to her and she adored you. I am sorry not to be able to attend the funeral. I am working in Rome and will light a candle and pray for Therese and the whole family. Therese must be so happy to be with Jack! Big hug. Love, Mary rscj - Posted by: Mary Finlayson rscj (Neighbour for many years) on: Feb 07, 2016
