I was a member of M Troop 65/66 and Sgt Britton was our riding instructor. He rode a horse named Anne most of the time and I am sure she would walk on water if he asked her to. Every now and then he would let his human side show through and we all appreciated it because in thoes days RCMP training could be a little on the brutal side. He was a gentleman and a fine horseman, sorry to hear of his passing. - Posted by: Bill Menzies (Student) on: Feb 15, 2016
