HILDA CARRICK Hilda passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 9, 2016 at Tuxedo Villa. She will be lovingly remembered by her sons, Philip and Stephen; and by her grandchildren, Ryan, Hallie and Aidan. Hilda was born in Salford, England and immigrated to Canada in 1957 with her husband Harry and their two young sons, Philip and Stephen. Harry passed away in 1971. Hilda then married Cec Carrick in 1985. They enjoyed twenty eight years of marriage punctuated by annual winter getaways and summer camping trips. Cec passed away in 2013. A private service will be performed at the gravesite. In lieu of flowers a donation may be made to The Canadian Cancer Society, Manitoba Division, 193 Sherbrook Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba, R3C 9Z9 or to a charity of your choice. Philip & Stephen, We were so sorry to hear about your Mom's passing. It wasn't that long ago that we had the opportunity to chat with her and that sparked lots of fond family memories.
