Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryVIOLET MARIA AVESON We sadly announce the peaceful passing of Violet Aveson on Saturday, February 13, 2016 at Concordia Place, Winnipeg, following a lengthy illness. Violet was born on May 16, 1922 to August and Anna Aveson. She was raised and resided in Winnipeg where she received her education. She spent her working years at Great West Life, the City of St. James and the City of Winnipeg. She was predeceased by her parents and younger brother Jack. Violet loved to travel with her many friends. She enjoyed sports such as cross country skiing and football. A sincere thank you to the doctors, nurses and staff at Concordia Place.
