Rena; we know you loved and thought the world of your grandfather from listening to your shared stories after the many visits you and Kyle had with him and your grandmother. Grampa, You will always be a man I will look up to. You were a great example to me of what a husband, father and grandfather should be. You honored and loved my wonderful Gramma for 62 years. Raised my father to be a great father and grandfather himself. You loved your entire family. You lit up a room with your sparkling eyes and smile. Your laugh was incredibly contagious. You seemed to always be giving, and never looking to receive anything. The word "selfish" or "lazy" could never apply to you. You were always known as the man who could literally fix anything. And that was so true. You are gone from here now. You have been called home to heaven, a place where there is no hurt, pain, or brokenness. Your years here on earth will continue to fix things for your family even though you are not here. When something is broken, we will use what we have learned from you to repair, renew, and replenish what is gone or in need. You will continue to live in our memories and hearts all the days of our lives. Yes we will miss you, but MY peace is in knowing that you chose Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior. You loved God and appreciated the life and family you were given. You blessed everyone around you. Thank-you Grampa for being you. I am blessed to be your grandson. I will see you and laugh with you once again. I love you Grampa! - Posted by: David Desharnais (Grandson) on: Mar 06, 2016

So sorry to hear about uncle Paul's sudden passing. We had the chance to see him several days before. What I remember of Uncle Paul, was his good-nature and smiling face, always ready to greet us. He also enjoyed dancing with Tante Simone, they made a wonderful dancing couple. I am sure he is in a better place, and all the good memories of him will last in our hearts for many years to come. Our deepest sympathy to Tante Simone, and all the children. - Posted by: Micheline & Gilbert Poirier (Nephew of the deceased) on: Mar 05, 2016
