GLADYS HAZEL SANDERSON Suddenly at her residence on, Thursday, March 10, 2016, Gladys Sanderson, aged 84 years passed away. Mom leaves to mourn her passing, husband of 60 years, Bob; their daughters, Thelma Daniels of Peguis, Doreen McKay (Frank), Shirley Pennie (John) of Winnipeg; sons, Les (Crystal), Mickey (Shirley), Frankie (Lisa), all of Selkirk, Joe (Cheryl) of Winnipeg, Donald (Robyn) of North Vancouver, BC and their extra son Lloyd Cook of Winnipeg. She also leaves behind a total of 44 grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many relatives and friends. Her sisters Marina Daniels and Doreen (Donny) McPherson both of Peguis, Bernice Fontaine (Purvis) of Winnipeg; sister-in-law Joyce Sanderson of Winnipeg. Also their oldest grandson Dennis Sanderson of Winnipeg, who they raised and their many other grandchildren who all made her laugh and smile, and of course their old cat Hector who they dearly missed. Mom was predeceased by both her parents, Peter and Rachel Daniels; their three children Violet "Pie", Norma, Andy; two brothers; four sisters; three brothers-in-law and three sisters-in-law. Prayers will be said on Monday, March 14, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. in the Gilbart Funeral Chapel and service will be held on Tuesday, March 15, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. in the Gilbart Funeral Chapel, Selkirk. Prayers will be said Monday, March 14, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. in the Gilbart Funeral Chapel, and a memorial service will take place Tuesday, March 15, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. also in the Chapel.
