Shocked to read last week that your dear companion has passed. He will be missed at the airport where he was a conscientious, and friendly volunteer ambassador for many years. My feelings are strong for you at this time, Peggy. Helen Morrow - Posted by: Helen Morrow (Friend) on: Mar 25, 2016

I'm sad to hear about the passing of Mr. Mahon. I recall how he & Mrs. Mahon patiently drove carloads of Kathleen's friends to countless swim practices, golf courses and ski-hills. He was encouraging, positive and witty. Above all, he was a gentleman. My thoughts and prayers are with the entire family as they mourn his loss. - Posted by: Cheryl (Friesen) Krause (former Nightingale Rd. neighbor) on: Mar 22, 2016

Sorry to hear about Al death. I knew Al when I curled at Deer Lodge 2002 until 2005 when I moved to British Columbia. He always spoke to me in a mild gentle way and treated this French speaking person with respect and understanding. I also remembered Al trying in vain to show me the correct ways of golfing. That was over fifteen years ago and I can still recall his peaceful way of life. How amazingly fortunate that I had a chance to meet this great man. I'll always remember him in my daily thoughts. Again so sorry to hear of his passing and your loss. Yours truly Richard Parent Cobble Hill British Columbia - Posted by: Richard Parent (Friend in curling and golfing) on: Mar 20, 2016
