BRITT LILLEMOR HAKANSSON Britt Lillemor Hakansson passed away on the last day of winter, March 19, 2016, just shortly after her 85th birthday. Lillemor was born in Sweden and came to Canada as a young woman joining her husband Arthur. They raised two children, Frank and Chris, but their door was always open to everyone and she is remembered as a second "little mother" by many many others. Lillemor took her hairstyling licensing in Stockholm at an early age and worked alongside Art in their hair shops for many years. She will also be remembered by many from her long service at The Bay. Those closest to her will remember her for her sense of style and her ability to turn ordinary objects into extraordinary vignettes.
