VICTORIA (ANDRYKEW) (KLEINSASSER) LOGAN May 24, 1929 - March 23, 2016 It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Victoria Logan, at the age of 86 years, on March 23, 2016, at the Grace Hospital. She was predeceased by her husbands, Samuel Kleinsasser and Roy Logan; parents, Dorothy Bazylawski-Andrykew and Peter Franklin Andrykew; and brothers, Vern, Bill and Vincent. She will be missed by her brother Ernie (Pat); children, Joe Kleinsasser, June (Peter) Kralka, Gerry Moe and Sandy (Wade) Nelson; and her grandchildren, Hans Kleinsasser (Jenelle Leighanne), Erick (Nicole) Kleinsasser, Lorrie Kralka, Michael (Michelle) Kralka, Tracey (Geoffrey) Aggus, Celyne Moe (Cory Langner), Jamie Moe, Rachel and Isaak Nelson; her great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews and friends. Victoria was known by friends as Vickie. She was strong, spirited, mischievous and as impatient as can be. Her youth was spent in Dauphin, Manitoba, moving to Winnipeg in her early teens. She worked in the service industry for many years, often multiple jobs. Her early life was difficult, resulting in her pinching pennies to the end. Victoria loved flowers and gardening, and could be heard saying "Let me get outside so I can breathe." Happiness was travelling anywhere, especially when it was with a motor home. Family was important as she stated recently, "Oh I wish I could have told all my kids more often how proud they made me feel." Victoria loved many people but she did not wish a funeral. Her wish was to be cremated with a few of her ashes carried away by the wind. The rest will be kept and treasured by her children. She wants her beloved family and friends to continue to grow and live life to the fullest. In Victoria's memory, we will purchase a garden bench adorned with a memorial plaque. It will be placed on the grounds of her granddaughter Celyne and husband Cory's greenhouses; Petal Place Greenhouses; in St. Andrews, Manitoba. Special thanks to Deer Lodge Centre, although, breaking out of there' was her secret wish! Turning the clock back for more adventures was her dream. In lieu of flowers or donations, we welcome loved ones and friends to plant a flower, a bush or a tree in their own gardens, in memory of Victoria. I wish to remember life Those who we love don't go away They walk beside us everyday Unseen, unheard, but, always near, still loved, still missed and oh so dear "Challenges are what make life interesting and overcoming them is what makes life meaningful." - Joshua J.
