Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLORNA KATHLENE ELGAR (nee BUSSEY) December 8, 1929 - March 27, 2016 Mom passed away peacefully at West Park Manor on Easter Sunday. She is survived by her loving sons Robert (Sophie) and Richard (Gloria), grandchildren Kathleen, Michael, Stacy, Marnie, Michelle, great-grandchildren Lyla and Clark. Mom was predeceased by her loving husband John in 1998. Mom was employed with Manitoba Telephone System as a manager and operator for over 40 years. The family would like to thank the staff at West Park Manor for their care and compassion. A private graveside ceremony will be held at Chapel Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family wishes donations be made to the Alzheimer Society of Manitoba. For those who wish to sign the online Guest Book please visit our website. Rob, Rick & families, I just wanted to extend my condolences on the loss of your mother. Although it has been a long time since I saw Lorna I remember that she all treated me very well when I dropped in at her home.
