LYNN PIRIE (nee MADDOCK) Peacefully, at the Stonewall Hospital, April 6, 2016, Lynn Faye Pirie, 54, of Stonewall. Lynn is survived by her beloved husband Dennis Pirie, sons Chance Pirie and Chad Maddock, and precious granddaughter Mackenzie; her twin sister Lori (Rick) Glucki, sister Cyndi (Wayne) Appleyard and brother Bill (Nadine) Maddock; father-in-law Ed Pirie, as well as Dennis' sisters Cathy (Neil) Peden, Liz (Jim) Morrell and brother Perry (Evangeline) Pirie; and their families. Lynn was predeceased by her father, Bill Maddock, and mother, Doreen Maddock, her mother-in-law Barb Pirie, as well as her brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Jim and Kathy Pirie. In keeping with Lynn's wishes, there will be no funeral, but a private celebration of life. The family wishes to extend a heart-felt thank you to the doctors, nurses and staff at CancerCare, as well as the Stonewall Hospital, for Lynn's compassionate care in the palliative care unit. God had too many angels so he sent some to work at the Stonewall Hospital. In lieu of flowers, friends may make a donation to palliative care at the Stonewall Hospital.
