I worked with Barrie at Great-West Life for many years. He was a gentle and friendly gentleman with a good and honest sense of humor. His best remembered experience at GWL was no doubt the tremendous and successful work he did in the move of many jobs from Winnipeg to the US HO in Denver. - Posted by: Ed Nickerson (Friend and fellow worker) on: Apr 28, 2016

To Barrie's family. Had the honor to work with Barrie at GWL many years ago. Heaven has indeed gained an angel as he was the most pleasant, and kind gentlemen one could meet. His professionalism, grin, and that curly hair I will never forget. Cherish your many memories of such a kind soul. Heartfelt thoughts to you all. - Posted by: Lynn (Brogden) Checkley (Colleague) on: Apr 18, 2016
