He is survived by his wife Joyce, son Brent (Tamara) and grandson Reeve. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Ducks Unlimited or charity of your choice. A casual come and go celebration of his life will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 30, 2016 at Fraserwood Hall. The family would like to thank Erik, Adam, the Stonewall RCMP, Paramedics, Dr. Beik and Julie of the Gimli Hospital and staff for their care and compassion.
