Crowe Memorial Hospital in Eriksdale, MB, Joseph Edward Bazinet went peacefully at the age of 91 years. Prayers will be held between 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 4, 2016 at the St. Erik's Roman Catholic Church in Eriksdale, MB. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 5, 2016 at the Eriksdale Recreation Centre with Father Paul Tinguely officiating. Ed was a wonderful neighbor-FRIEND to me. How many times he helped me with my car when it wouldn't start! He figured out the problem whether it needed a new battery or fuel pump, he knew what the problem was. Also he grew awesome veggies and always made sure I had tomatoes, potatoes etc. I especially loved his strawberries and raspberries.
