STANLEY SUTHERLAND December 1, 1931 - May 1, 2016 Peacefully on Sunday, May 1, 2016 at the Selkirk General Hospital, Stanley Sutherland of Selkirk, MB passed away with family by his side at the age of 84 years, beloved husband of the late Jean Sutherland. Left to cherish his memories are his children, Barb (Darrell), Buzz (Pat), and Les (Janet); his grandchildren, Mike (Kendra), Danny (Jen), Jill (Sasha), Holly (Stefan), Levi and Quaid (Bobbi); his sister Dorothy Cumberland; sisters-in-law, Beatrice, Pauline and Laura; his two precious great-grandchildren Ross and Hudson; Pat's son Kurt Barnes (April) and children Morgan, April, Kale, Blake and Arianna. Stanley was predeceased by his wife Jean in July, 2015; his parents Hazel and Alex Sutherland; sisters, Josephine Leach and Grace Settee; sisters-in-law, Anna, Isabel, Edith, Mabel and brothers-in-law, Alfred, Charles, Mel, Kris, Frank, Richard, Lindsay, Jim and James; his nieces Velma and Marilyn and his granddaughter Andi Bannish. Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will be held in the Gilbart Funeral Chapel, Selkirk, MB on Monday, May 9, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Ray Settee officiating.
