ANN SHERMAN (nee ANITA ELFRIEDA LOUISE BIENER) September 19, 1927 - May 1, 2016 Mrs. Ann Sherman passed away peacefully on May 1, 2016 at the Tuxedo Villa, Winnipeg, MB. Ann was born on Sept.19, 1927 a daughter to Rudolph and Anna Biener (Schreiber). She married Leslie Sherman with whom she had one son (John) and twin daughters, (Janice and Carol). Ann was predeceased by her partner Mr. Ronald Gregg and her daughter Carol Snyder, her brothers Harold, Walter and Herman, and sister-in-law Ruth Biener. She is survived by her children and their spouses: John Sherman (Sueann); Janice Neufeld (Abe), brothers Bill Biener and Fred Biener, and sisters-in-law Eileen Biener and Dawn Biener. She leaves to grieve her grandchildren, Jason (Jennifer) Neufeld, Derek Neufeld, Colleen (Cory) Mayer, Candice (John Paul) Lion, Andrew (Makenzie) George and Alexander George (Marlee Cowan). She also leaves her great-grandchildren, Seth Scarrett, Jadyn and Logan Neufeld (Jason / Jennifer), Quinn and Ethan Mayer (Colleen / Cory), Jackson and Cullen Lion (Candice / John Paul), Kenedie and Ryker George (Andrew / Makenzie). She is survived also by numerous cousins and friends who will miss her. The family would like to thank the staff of the Tuxedo Villa for the care of their mother, grandmother, great-grandmother since her admission in October 2015. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to CancerCare Manitoba Foundation or the Kidney Foundation of Manitoba. Cremation has taken place. A private service will be held.
