TERESA LEONE WILLIAMS Peacefully, with her family by her side, on May 6, 2016, at the age of 98 years, Mom passed away after struggling with dementia for several years. She was predeceased by her husband Robert John Williams, her father William Davis, mother Rose, sisters: Willamena, Margaret and Lillian. Mom was born March 1, 1918, in Winnipeg. She was a caring mother, great cook, seamstress and a hard worker. Mom's love for travelling took her to places such as Europe, Hawaii, Mexico and her last trip was to Bali. She had a great sense of humour and loved family gatherings. Left to cherish her memory and mourn her passing are her daughters, Marilyn (Dick) Strutz, Joyce (Mickey) James and her son Len (Karen) Williams; her grandchildren, Wendy (Ryan), Rob, Bob, Cheryl (James), Darryl, Jennifer (Clayton) and Corey; great-grandchildren, Emily, Evan, Erika, Elizabeth, Brett, Kyle, Emersyn, Bryce, Mya and Harper. A funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Charles Roman Catholic Church, 320 St. Charles St., with a gathering of friends and family to follow in the parish hall. The family wish to extend their heartfelt appreciation to the staff at Oakview Place for their patience and loving care.
