BRUNO CUDA January 12, 1933 - May 22, 2016 It is with great sadness and loving memories that we announce the passing of our husband, father and Nonno Bruno. He will be forever remembered by his loving wife of 57 years, Lina; his children Tony (Marcella), Marisa (Mark), and Pasquale (Lisa); his grandchildren Derek, Tony, Paulina, Isabella, Kayla, Leah and Giavanna. He also leaves to mourn his brother Guiseppe (Rita), sisters-in-law Norina, Maria, Anna Maria (Pasqualino), Vittoria (Brian), and Ada (Vince), brothers-in-law Raffaele and Pietro (Elisa), along with numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents Antonio and Maria; brothers Fortunato (Genoveffa) and Pasquale; sisters Teresa (Raffaele) and Maria (Francesco); his in-laws Aurelio and Teresina; brother-in-law Domenico, and sister-in-law Nina. Dad was born in San Mango D'Aquino, Italy and immigrated to Canada in 1957. He married the love of his life, our mom Lina in 1959. Dad worked at Cara Operations for 34 years where he made many lifelong friends. Dad's greatest joys in life were spending time with his family, especially his much adored grandchildren. You would often see him sitting on the front steps with company sharing a glass of his homemade wine or at the kitchen table with a fresh piece of Panettone. Mass of Resurrection will be held on Thursday, May 26 at 2:00 p.m. at Holy Rosary Parish Church, 510 River Avenue with Rev. Fr. Sam Argenziano as the Celebrant. Viewing and condolences will begin at 1:00 p.m. Entombment will follow Mass at the Chapel of Eternal Memories Mausoleum, Waverley Memorial Gardens, 1501 Waverley Street. Pallbearers will be Phil Colosimo, Carmine Puteri, Fiorindo Ciccarreli, Fortunato Cuda, Mario Aiello and Armando Colosimo. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Bruno can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. THOMSON "IN THE PARK" 204-925-1120 Condolences may be sent to www.thomsoninthepark.com
