ANNE CREASY On Friday, June 3, 2016, Anne's Funeral Service was held at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Memories in Wojcik's Funeral Chapel, 1020 Main Street @ Manitoba Avenue. Viewing was held prior to the Service. Interment followed in Arden Cemetery, Arden, Manitoba. ANNE CREASY (nee LEMKY) It is with deep sorrow we announce that after a lengthy battle with various illnesses, Anne passed away peacefully at the Grace Hospital in Winnipeg on Sunday, May 29, 2016, at the age of 79 years. Anne leaves behind her beloved husband of 36 years, Jack; children, Debbie (Al), Ray (Arlene), Ken (Heather) and Mae (Klaus); special mention of Richard and Connie, Shawn, Ryan, Devon and their families; grandmother of Keith, Brent, Conrad, Wade, Jennifer, Cole, Nick and Melissa; great-grandmother of Shane, Rayna, Ethan, Dahkota, Jake and Jade; sisters, Helen, Alma and Betty; brothers, Ben and Bill; as well as numerous relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her first husband, Keith; parents, John and Mary; sisters, Elsie and Lillian and brothers, Martin and George. On Friday, June 3, 2016, Anne's Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Memories in Wojcik's Funeral Chapel, 1020 Main Street at Manitoba Avenue. For those who wish, viewing will be held prior to the Service. Interment will follow in Arden Cemetery, Arden, Manitoba. Ma' Creasy was quite the character and known to most for her cooking and sense of humour, but forever embedded in my heart for her generosity and opening her home and life to me as an extension of her own while I lived and worked with Mae and Klaus' family years back.
