Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryADELINE PATRICIA CHAPUT It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Adeline Patricia Chaput (née Oczkus) on Saturday, June 4, 2016 at St. Boniface Hospital, with her family by her side. She leaves behind her sons: Ron (Pat), Gerry (Marian), Tony (Sandy), and Jeff (Carolyn), nine grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and her sisters Helen Krokosh and Vicky (Eddie) Funk. She was predeceased by her husband Edward. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, June 9, 2016 at the Notre Dame de Lorette Church, Lorette, MB. Prayers service will begin at 9:30 a.m. Interment to follow in the parish cemetery. Special thanks to the caring nurses and staff of St. Boniface Hospital.
