Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryEMMA STELTER-LIPPERT Peacefully on Monday, June 13, 2016, at Victoria Hospital, Emma Stelter-Lippert (nee Tischer) passed away at the age of 96. She was predeceased by her first husband Gustav, second husband Edward, and her son Siegfried. She leaves behind her grandchildren Mike and Michelle, and her great-grandchildren Ryan, Colton, Josh and Jake. Emma was born in 1920 in Kolowert, Wolhynien, she arrived in Canada in February of 1952 with her husband and son. She worked as a Seamstress and enjoyed a good life in both Edmonton and Winnipeg. Emma spent her leisure time gardening, reading, caring for others, and singing in the church choir. Funeral service will be held Monday, June 20, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at The Church of God, 705 Concordia Avenue with a reception to follow in the church hall. Viewing will take place one hour prior and a private interment will take place later. In lieu of flowers, donations in Emma's name may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
