Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemorySADIE ELEANOR DIEHL (nee EATON) Passed away at the Glenboro Personal Care Home on Monday, June 20, 2016, at the age of 97, Sadie Eleanor Diehl (nee Eaton), of Glenboro, MB. Eleanor leaves to mourn her passing her five children, Evelyn (Frank) Pitura of Winnipeg, Allen (Beth) Diehl of Glenboro, Norma (Dennis) Vandekerkhove of Stony Plain, AB, Marlene (Greg) Graceffo of Winnipeg, Cona (Doug) Maughan of Winnipeg, 13 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, brother Arnold Eaton of Winnipeg, as well as numerous extended relatives and friends. Eleanor was predeceased by her husband Jim in 2002 and by a sister Reita Sadler. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 23, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. in the Glenboro United Church with Sharon Hamilton officiating. Interment to follow in the Glenboro Cemetery. If friends so desire, memorial donations can be made in Eleanor's memory to the Glenboro Personal Care Home, Box 310, Glenboro, MB or to the Glenboro & Area Community Foundation, Box 147, Glenboro, MB, R0K 0X0.
