Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryALEXANDER (ALEC) B. WAZNY Alec Wazny passed away peacefully on June 22, 2016 at St. Boniface Hospital. Alec was born July 30, 1925. He worked at Canada Packers from the time he was 17 years old, until his retirement over 40 years later. Alec's motto was live life to the fullest'. He enjoyed many years travelling extensively to Mexico, Poland and Cuba before and after his retirement. Survived by his sister Jessie and many nieces and nephews, Alec was predeceased by his parents, John and Victoria Wazny, sisters Katherine and Bernice, and brother Gano. I met Alex on a trip to Cuba in 2012 and we spent much of that trip together talking and having dinner. He was a wonderful human and generous to all the locals. May he rest in peace. - Posted by: Andrea (Friend) on: Nov 17, 2022
