RAYMOND BURTON Peacefully on July 6, 2016, at Concordia Place, Raymond passed away, leaving to cherish his memory, his beloved wife, Louise, son Stan (Cathy), daughter Pauline (Hans), grandchildren Beryl (Darren), Jennifer (Ryan), and Stephen, great-grandchildren Tristen and Brady, goddaughter Heather (Aaron) and their sons Carter, Levi and Nathan, and families in England. He was born in Croydon, England on March 28, 1925, and came to Canada with his family in 1960. The family wish to express their deepest thanks to the staff at Concordia Place, 3rd and 1st floor, for their wonderful, compassionate care of Raymond during his stay there. We also thank Chaplain Gerry for his visits and words of comfort. When Ray was still at home, we would like to thank all the home care / respite workers who helped with his care, especially Cathy M. Funeral service will be held at St. Saviour's Anglican Church, Munroe at Grey, on Friday, July 15, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. Reception to follow in the church hall followed by interment at Glen Eden Cemetery, 4477 Main Street. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a memorial donation to St. Saviour's Anglican Church, or a charity of your choice.
