JANE PERNEROWSKI (nee LEOCHKO) 1924 - 2016 Peacefully, on July 9, 2016, at Riverview Health Centre, Jane Pernerowski, beloved mother and grandmother, passed away at the age of 91 years. Predeceased by her husband John in 2010; parents, Wasyl and Anna; sister Lena; brothers, Walter, Michael, Steve, and Fred. She leaves to mourn her passing sons, Gary (Terry), Ron (Monique) and Don (Julie); grandchildren, Glenn (Tracy) and Teagan Hemming, Reanne and Todd, Matthew, Nicole, and Taylor; great-grandchildren, Grant and Shaun Hemming. Jane was born in Poplarfield, MB in 1924, and met husband John in 1948 and they were married for 60 years. She worked in the health care industry for Central Park Lodge. Jane enjoyed gardening and traditional Ukrainian cooking. A special thank you to the Palliative Care Manitoba and Riverview Health Centre nurses for their support and care. A private family service has been held; final resting place is at Glen Eden Cemetery. If friends so desire, memorial donations may be made in Jane's name to a charity of your choice.
