HEPNER (nee URSEL) March 13, 1943 - July 21, 2016 It's with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our mother, grandmother and sister. Jackie will be lovingly remembered by daughter Jackie (Theresa), grandson Jonathan, sisters, Pat Ursel and Doreen (Mike) Tymchyshyn, brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and her pooch Benny. Jackie was predeceased by husband John and her parents, Jack and Eleanor Ursel. Some of Jackie's favourite things included playing cards on Friday evenings, baking, morning coffee with friends, bingo and line dancing. Time with friends and family was always cherished. Jackie was famous around her building for baking birthday cakes and banana bread and she remained active until a brief illness took her from us. Many thanks to Barbie, Sandra and Tricia as well as other compassionate staff on the 5th floor at the Seven Oaks Hospital, Janice Nesbitt and Dr. Bialy. A casual gathering to celebrate Jackie's life will be held at the Brooklands Active Living Centre, 1960 William Ave., Winnipeg, MB, on July 29 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Brooklands Active Living Centre, 1960 William Ave., Winnipeg, MB, R2R 0C4 KLASSEN FUNERAL HOME 1897 HENDERSON HWY 204-338-0331 Condolences may be sent to www.klassenfuneralhome.com
