SAUNDERS October 9, 1919 - July 20, 2016 Peacefully, on July 20 at St. Boniface Hospital, John, a veteran of the Second World War, passed away at age 96. Survived by his brothers Tom, Keith and sister Hazel; son Ken (Lynda); grandchildren Kevin (Tanya), Lisa (Dan) and their mother Barb, Bonnie (Kevin), Heather (Paul) and ten great grandchildren. Service to be held Monday, August 8 at 10:00 a.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. If desired, donations may be to your local no kill pet shelter or charity of choice.
