Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryROSE BEREZA (nee MOROZ) July 26, 1923 - July 27, 2016 It is with great sorrow and heavy hearts that we say goodbye to our loving Mother, Rose Bereza. Mother passed away peacefully on July 27, 2016 with family by her side. She leaves us to be with her loving companion of 12 years, Fred Johnson, who left us on July 11, 2016. Left to cherish her memories are her daughters Linda and Dale (Roy), son Morris, eight grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren, sister Mae Lagasse, son-in-law John and sister-in-law Anne. Mother was predeceased by her daughter Gladys in 2006, six brothers and four sisters. She worked ten years at St. Vital Hospital-St. Amant and at Sandford Collegiate for 19 years, where she was loved by all for her hard work and dedication. Mother was a member of the 141 Royal Canadian Legion for many years, where you could find her dancing up a storm on Saturdays. The family would like to thank the staff at Vista Park Lodge for their care and compassion. Mother loved you all. Also, all her friends there, you were like family and we thank you. God Bless. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 3, 2016 at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave., Winnipeg, MB. Chapel Lawn www.chapellawn.ca 204-885-9715

Rose old friend, I can still see you dancing and enjoying everyone's company. You were such an elegant dresser also. Dale always said you were a looker even at your age. I also remember in Sanford how we use to get together and talk about your old boy friends, I don't know how you managed to remember them all. I'm sorry I did not get to say good-bye but, if you see Dale on your way to the big dance floor in the sky, say hi and, don't tease him.
