RUPPEL May 1, 1939 - August 3, 2016 John passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 3, 2016, at Deaf Centre Manitoba, Pembina Place Personal Care Home. Survived by mother Molly Ruppel, brother Ken, nieces, nephews and extended family. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, August 9, 2016, at 1:30 p.m. at Neil Bardal Funeral Centre, 3030 Notre Dame Avenue, (across from Brookside Cemetery).
