Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryHELEN ELIZABETH HEATLEY Helen Elizabeth Heatley, age 94, passed away peacefully with family by her side on July 21, 2016. Helen is forever cherished by her children Bonnie (Jim), Bill (Gertrude), Elaine (Arnold), Ingrid (Gerald), Nell and David. She was a loving Grandma to her grandchildren Clinton, Jolene, Kyle, Scott, Wendy, Adam, Sarah and Dylan. She will be missed dearly by her great-grandchildren, family and friends. Helen is predeceased by her husband William George Heatley. In keeping with our mother's wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family service was held. In lieu of flowers, if so desired, donations may be made in Helen's memory to a charity of your choice. "Always together like salt and pepper." I just saw this obituary. I loved your Mom. As a child I was amazed by the number of salt and pepper shakers she had in the house and loved to look at them in the china cabinets. I loved going to your house Christmas morning, Helen was such a good cook and baker, she made everyone feel welcome. To David, Nel and your families, I am so sorry to hear of your moms passing. She has lived a long life no doubt about it. I can still remember the many salt and pepper shakers she use to collect. She was a very kind lady to all your friends David, she treated us like part of her family. She will be sadly missed by all who new her.
