  • So sorry to hear about Billy. Worked with that man for years at Brinks. He was always a great guy and was missed when he retired. There are just so many stories to tell but none in public.. say the least we always came out laughing.. RIP William. - Posted by: Jim and Deb Hazell (Co-worker) on: Aug 16, 2016

  • Dear Diane and Family, Please accept my most sincere condolences on the loss of your beloved "Billy". I was very fortunate to have known him for most of my life, from when he worked for my Dad at Nolin & Hunter Wire Works. There, Billy always paid a lot of attention to this "kid" that always seemed to pop up just to ask a lot of questions and make a pest of himself, but he never made me feel as if I was bothering him. This great friendship continued throughout the years when he worked with Brinks and picked up the cash at my place of employed and we always had a great rapport. He became a very special friend throughout these many many years Since I moved to Victoria I have only met him a few times, but those were special times but throughout the years, Rose always kept me apprised on what Billy was up to. May all your very happy memories sustain you during this difficult time and my thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Sincerely, Don Nolin - Victoria, BC - Posted by: Don Nolin (Friend) on: Aug 13, 2016
