GEORGE ALFRED JEFFERY George Alfred Jeffery, aged 67, passed away in Winnipeg, Manitoba on Friday, August 12, 2016. He was born October 23, 1948 at the Victoria Hospital in Winnipeg. George married Fran Jeffery (Knox) at Dugald United Church in Dugald on July 19, 1975. He loved and enjoyed listening to The Monkees, and had many other hobbies as well. He was known by many titles: Dad, Uncle George, Grandpa, and Great-Grandpa. George is survived by his son Jason Jeffery (Michelle); grandchildren, Jesse, Jodi (Mark), and Jared Jeffery; and great-grandchildren, Blake and Logan; daughter Kim Jeffery (Jim Frain), grandson Justin Frain (Michelle), and great-grandchild Aimee; as well as his significant friend Heather Mulvaney. He is also survived by many other family members and extended family; too many to be listed, but you know who you are. He was predeceased by his wife Fran Jeffery; mother Ethel (McKillop) and father Arnold, and his brother Barry. As per George's request, there will be no formal service.
