Condolences & Memories (8 entries)

  • I just learned of your mom's passing. I remember your mom with great fondness. The most significant memory I have is your mom's performance of Amazing Grace at my dad's funeral in 1977. Dad always loved your mom's singing and she did a beautiful job at a time that was very difficult for us. Your mom was very kind and supportive. I am sorry for your loss. - Posted by: Vivian Hilder (Childhood friend of Kathy) on: Sep 04, 2016

  • Please accept our sincere condolences on the passing of your mother. Our family relationship with your parents goes back to the early 80's where we were neighbours at Lakeshore Heights. We remember the many Thanksgiving Day family lawn darts competitions and always looked forward to Lauren's visits. Betty and your Dad worked at city hall together for many years and we always met up with them at The Heather-Belle functions. Also, my stepson, Jim Steele, and your late brother, Ken, were high school buddies. We are sorry we could be with you today. Your mother will be missed by all and may she rest in peace. - Posted by: Betty & Moe Lesyk (Friends) on: Aug 23, 2016
