MARILYN DUECK December 8, 1940 - August 10, 2016 Marilyn Dueck of Lockport, formerly of Winnipeg and near Altona, passed away at Pine Falls Hospital on August 10, 2016, after a short illness. Marilyn was predeceased by both parents and her younger brother Ed. Marilyn did clerical work for a living and retired from National Coating 10 years ago. She moved to a beautiful place in Lockport almost two years ago, where she enjoyed the peace and quiet of nature until her admittance to the hospital in July, 2016. According to her wishes Marilyn has been cremated. A service of remembrance will be held on Tuesday, August 30, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Green Acres Funeral Home, Highway #1 East at Navin Road. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Winnipeg Humane Society or World Vision. Marilyn will be missed by numerous relatives and friends.
