JOSEPH PANGMAN It is with a loving heart and a grateful spirit that we announce the passing of Joseph Pangman on August 20, 2016 at the Victoria Hospital. He was 62 and one half years of age. He will join our Mom, Marion Pangman, who passed in 1999. He will be remembered by countless family members including his siblings, Kim, Karen, Daniel, Tilly and Louie. Joe lived in the Lutheran Personal Care Home for over 20 years before moving into the care of the Transitional Living Centre, the WRHA and most recently Southeast Personal Care Home. Thank you to the possibly thousands of staff and healthcare workers who have cared for Joe over these past 40 years. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, September 2, 2016 at Thomson Funeral Home, 669 Broadway, with interment immediately following at Assumption Cemetery, 3990 Portage Avenue. That is a great picture of Joe and that is how we will always remember him with is mischievous grin. We had the privilege of working with Joe in the community for many years and when I last saw him a few months ago he hadn't changed a bit. His sister, Kim was his ' rock ' and faithful visitor.
