Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryANNE DESHARNAIS (nee WOWCHUK) 1922 - 2016 It is with great sorrow we announce the passing of our mother Anne on September 7, 2016 at the age of 94. She was predeceased by her loving husband Denis (2000), and son Darren in (1972). Anne leaves to cherish her memory her children, Ray of Victoria, BC, Judith (Rick), Ron of Burnaby, BC, and Dianne (Roger); grandchildren Danielle (Adam), Christian, and Carly; and great-grandchildren Arianna and Elise. Mom was born in Gardenton, Manitoba. After marrying her loving husband Denis she moved to West St. Paul where she resided for over 65 years. Memorial service will be held Wednesday, September 14, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main Street, West St. Paul, MB. Reception will follow. I went to school with Darren at WSP, he was very kind and a nice guy! Years later I worked for Sears, I went out to the house and met Darren's Mum. I repaired the lawnmower and Mrs. Desharnais was very kind and I did my best to fix that lawnmower, she gave me produce from her garden and she was a great gardener!
