Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryBRENT CHRISTOPHER JOHN HAWKINS March 7, 1970 - August 26, 2016 Unexpectedly at his residence, Brent passed away on August 26, 2016 at the age of 46 years. He leaves to mourn his mother Pauline; father Norman (Diane); brother Ryan; aunts, Marguerite, Dolores, Marion (Gill) and Diane (Gary) and their families, and special friends, Tara (Dean) and their children, Sheena, Breanna, Brooklyn, Morgan and Avery, Heather Barker, Jeff (Jen) Harrison and Carlos. A celebration of Brent's life has been held. The family wish to thank Carlos of Sorrento's Restaurant in Charleswood for hosting the celebration and thanks to all of Brent's special friends for making his service so meaningful. www.seasonsfunerals.ca

Dear Hawkins family: I was very upset to hear of Brent's untimely passing. Growing up Brent and I went to school and played hockey together. I will always remember him as a very friendly, free spirited and happy guy. Fortunately for myself and my sister, Patty, we were able to meet up with Brent a few years ago when he came to Ontario. Even though I hadn't seen him in over 20 years It was like we just picked up where we left off. He was the same Brent that I remembered. We had a great time reminiscing about the good old days at Beaumont elementary school (including our fight where he gave me a pretty good bloody nose, haha!) As well as the great times we had playing for the Roblin Park Raiders. Thanks for all the great memories, Brent. Thanks for being you!
