Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryALEXIS MCCORMICK December 29, 1947 September 24, 2016 It is with great sorrow we announce the passing of our beloved wife and mother. She died peacefully in Gimli Hospital on Saturday, September 24 after a short battle with cancer. Her husband Bob and sons Michael (Darlene) and Kevin (Shona) grieve her loss deeply, as do her grandchildren Acacia, Arrick and Keiran. Our extended families and friends in Ireland, England, USA, Canada, and her many friends in Air Cadets all over Canada also share in our loss. We thank the staff at Gimli Hospital for their compassion and care during this time. A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 2 at 3:00 p.m., viewing at 2:00 p.m., at Gimli Legion, 146 6th Street, Gimli, Manitoba. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Gimli Hospital. There is another star in the heavens now, looking down with love and watching over us.
