Dr. MICHAEL HARLEY Dr. Michael Harley passed peacefully on October 4, 2016, after a long illness in which he showed great courage. He will be dearly missed by his family and many friends. Dr. Michael Harley moved to Winnipeg with his family from England in 1980 and established a long term Eye Doctor practice in the North End which he much loved. A longer tribute will be posted soon.
