Condolences & Memories (5 entries)

  • Peter always had a smile on his face! I have known Peter from the days that he worked at Gimli High School and most recently every Fall when I went Deer Hunting. We would stop at Peter's place to share some stories and laughs. Peter was always very happy to see us and was a very gracious host. His smile and his quick wit will be missed. To his family, my greatest condolences. Rest in peace, Peter! - Posted by: Morris and Joan Kustiak (Friend) on: Oct 22, 2016

  • I (Gordon) used to work with Peter at the Cheese plant in Arborg. He was a very kind, friendly man and we always enjoyed visiting with him-very often over coffee at the local Chicken Chef. We will miss him very much, and our thoughts, prayers and condolences we send to his family. He was a wonderful man. Sincerely, with deepest sympathy, Gordon and Norman Danielson-Arborg - Posted by: Gordon and Norman Danielson (Friend/ Former co-worker) on: Oct 19, 2016

  • Condolences to brother Norman and Family and Sister Tina. Your brother was a kind and generous soul that could always put a smile on one's face. No matter what, he always took the time to stop in at Mom and Dad's at the store to see how everyone was doing or if asked would help dad with a small project here or there. Even when dad passed , he would still check in once in a while and see how mom was doing. He never believed in big material things but in the kindness of his heart and his humbleness , he could light up the world and always looked that the positive things that made him happy. - Posted by: Susan Rosolowich Homeniuk and Gary Homeniuk (former neighbour in Meleb ) on: Oct 18, 2016

  • Our deepest sympathy to Norman and all the family members. We have known Peter for many years, he was always a friendly person, always said hello where ever we would meet. He loved to sing Christmas carols at the Sacred Heart church and also at the Fraserwood Christmas concert. He was a hard worker as a janitor at the high school and the Fraserwood Hall, we will miss him, peace be with you all. - Posted by: Angela & Melvin Zalevich (Friend of the community) on: Oct 18, 2016
