SARAH MCDOUGAL September 20, 1941 - October 20, 2016 Sarah McDougal, 75, of Ste. Anne, passed away suddenly on Thursday, October 20, 2016 at the Ste. Anne Hospital, Ste. Anne, MB. She is survived by her two sons: Andy McDougal, his wife, Rhonda and two children Gabriel and Gwendolyn; Scott McDougal and his children: Jeremy, Kitana, Sydney, and Douglas, and great-grandson, Spencer. She is also survived by her sisters Shirley and Joan, and brothers Gerald, Larry, and Gary. Sarah was preceded in death by her husband, Roy McDougal, and brothers Frederick Post and Orville Post. Sarah was a homemaker, lover of animals and proud grandparent to her six grandchildren and one great-grandchild. She worked for a bank in the 1960s as a secretary before leaving the workforce for many years to raise her children. She re-entered the workforce in the late 1980s working for a number of different companies as a Kelly Girl before working at Investors Group as an executive assistant until her retirement in 1994. The memorial service will be held Tuesday, October 25, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, 162 Hwy. 52W, Steinbach, MB, with interment at Caledonia Cemetery, Dufresne, MB.
