  • We are so sad to learn of Ken's death. Ken and Linda and Marge and Norm were introduced to us shortly before our parents passed away in 2012. We first took the trip to Winnipeg in the Fall of 2009. In the spring of 2016, Vickie, Shelly and I drove to Winnipeg and stayed with Ken and Linda. There were the most gracious of hosts, with Ken acting as chauffeur as well as he and Linda being wonderful tour guides. They treated us royally. What was a delight was Ken's forwarding of politically conservative emails - first to our mom who appreciated the conservative perspective, and then to me. When we were in Winnipeg, Ken asked what we thought of Donald Trump - and we gave him an earful! He continued to send the emails with a clear intention of getting a rise out of us - as we had explained our more 'liberal' leanings. Ken had a wonderful sense of humor as well as a commitment to fun. We very much enjoyed getting to spend time with him and Linda and Marge and Norm. He is missed by us. Linda, Marge, Norm and family, we are so sorry that Ken is no longer on earth. We send you our love and prayers.
