Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryABRAHAM (ABE) SCHMIDT April 1, 1925 November 7, 2016 Abraham Peter Schmidt born April 1, 1925 passed away on Monday, November 7, 2016 at the age of 91 at the Victoria General Hospital in Winnipeg, MB. He was formerly of Lowe Farm, MB, but resided at Bethel Place in Winnipeg, MB at the time of his death. Leaving to mourn his passing are his four children; one brother; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Abraham (Abe) was predeceased by his wife Margaret of 62 years in May of this year. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 12, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at Sargent Avenue Mennonite Church, Winnipeg, MB, with the interment at Sargent Avenue Mennonite Church Cemetery, Springstein, MB, following the service.
