ELSIE RUTH BUFFIE Peacefully, on Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at the Selkirk General Hospital, Elsie Buffie, aged 86 years of Selkirk, MB, beloved wife of John, passed away. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 19, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. in the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Selkirk, MB. Full obituary to follow. Gilbart Funeral Home, Selkirk in care of arrangements.
