Condolences & Memories (6 entries)

  • Rose was a very nice generous lady. I've known her for 3 years as I worked with her. Was so sad and heartbroken when I recieved the news of her passing, she is one person I will never forget. I loved caring for her as she was my own grandmother. She will be missed dearly! May you rest your beautiful soul Rose. Xoxo CP -Misericordia Place - Posted by: CP (Care Giver) on: Nov 30, 2016

  • The joy of the Lord was always all over Rose. You felt like you had a personal visitation when you prayed with her. She knew her heavenly Father, and her boldness led many to experience His love and His forgiveness. Boy will I miss her! My thoughts and meditations will be filled with her memories, her family and her friendship. A great personal loss to all of us who knew her. However she has earned her reward to be with Him. We will get to see her again by simply following that wonderful laugh when it is our time to arrive in heaven. - Posted by: Ron W. Owen (Old Friend) on: Nov 29, 2016

  • I remember Rose at Faith Temple. Always laughing and a great friend but also very serious as well when it came things of the Bible. She worked at Faith Temple as Secretary/Treasurer for many years. When she retired I replaced her. I had to fill her shoes which I have tried to do. I have thought of her often when I am sitting in the church office. I send my condolences to her daughters and family. Faith Tate and family. - Posted by: Faith Tate (Friend) on: Nov 28, 2016

  • To Rose's 3 Daughters: Marie, Donna & Teresa: (and extended families whom I have not met). I am Very Sorry to hear of your Mother's Passing. I was a good Friend of Your Mother's and also worked for her in the Hotel Business some 53 years ago. And, also babysat for the above 3 Daughters. Although we have not seen each other in many years......we spoke frequently and always maintained contact. It was an honor and a privilege to have known her. I know your Mother was not in the best of health for some time, and needed constant care.......and she is now at Peace and at rest. I wish to extend my Most Deepest & Sincere Sympathies to Rose's Entire Family at this very sad time. God's Peace to you all. Ethel (Percy) McCully - Posted by: Ethel (Percy). • I am so very sad to hear of Rose's passing. She was an amazing mother, nana and good friend to many. I have many childhood memories of spending most of my time at Marie's (Rose's daughter) while we were growing up in Pine River. Rose was always so kind to me and she had a huge heart. I loved going to visit their family home. She even made me do chores with Marie and I loved it even though my Mom couldn't get me to do any at our home!! Special times, special memories.... My sincere love to you Marie, Donna & Teresa (and all your children). I wish I could be there tomorrow to hold you Marie... you were always my very best friend. Hugs to you all and know that your Mom is with God now and she is at peace..... xoxo - Posted by: Bonnie Iverson (nee: Burla) (God Daughter) on: Nov 28, 2016

  • When we think of Rose we remember the bright, eloquent smile with which she greeted us. Always impeccably dressed she had wit and wisdom to accompany her regal bearing. The issues of God's life were always in the forefront of our conversations. Her humor and sense of fun were what made our times together memorable. We were both blessed to have Rose's friendship individually and as a couple. Rose you will be greatly missed. Our deepest sympathy to all of the family.
