  • I met Marilyn working at TDS and her and I became close friends and remained friends all these years. She was so beautiful, funny, joyful with an infectious laugh. I am so very sorry for your loss. She was much too young and had too much to do in this life to be taken so soon. "Perhaps they are not stars in the sky, but rather openings where our loves ones shine down on us to let us know they are happy." ~ Eskimo saying Rest in peace Marilyn. - Posted by: Shannon Gyles Friesen (Friend) on: Dec 01, 2016

  • I met Marilyn back when both of us were first working at Thompson Dorfman Sweatman, and remember her planning her wedding, and throughout the years, and then when she had her children. A lovely, warm and classy lady. Much too young to be taken from your family. Sincere sympathies to your family and friends. - Posted by: Verna Kakowchyk (former co-worker) on: Nov 29, 2016

  • I want to express my deepest condolences to all of Marilyn's family. I had the privilege of knowing Marilyn first as a client and then over the years as a friend. I will cherish the many visits and conversations that we had. She was a beautiful woman inside and out. I will miss her sense of humor and positive outlook and will always admire her strength and love for her family. I know she will be greatly missed by so many of us who were lucky enough to know her. - Posted by: Barbara Stasiuk (Friend) on: Nov 29, 2016

  • My deepest condolences to Marilyn’s children and family. I worked with Marilyn at TDS many years ago. I admired her work ethic, her strength and enjoyed her sense of humour. Friends are people you don’t need to talk to every single day. You don’t even have to talk to each other for weeks, but when you do, it’s like you never stopped talking at all. I will miss our yearly get together. Rest in peace Marilyn. - Posted by: Karen Johnston (Friend) on: Nov 29, 2016

  • Mar was my ray of sunshine every morning when we would have our chats upon arrival to work. She is now a beautiful twinkling star in the night sky that I will look to always and remember. I will miss my beautiful friend dearly. - Posted by: Kim Wynnobel (Friend) on: Nov 29, 2016
